I had incision-style double eyelid surgery about 10 years ago. I had epicanthoplasty + incision + eye fat removal + ptosis correction. It was performed by the chief director at a famous hospital in Busan, but as time passed it seems to have sagged a lot, so when I got a consultation elsewhere, they said it was an old method, that the inner corner surgery looked unnatural, and that I should re-establish the line and do ptosis correction again. I heard that ptosis correction is something you should not do unless you have an ophthalmologic condition, so I’m torn about it.
