Detailed 1-week review of breast augmentation in Seomyeon, Busan

Reason for breast surgery: a major reason was a drop in my self-confidence

Choosing the clinic: when I looked around, I found a lot of praise posts and reviews about ㄷㅈㅇ

Consultation review: just like the reviews said, they really gave me a thorough consultation. I went in without having decided anything, but they explained everything in detail, from implant types to feel and pros and cons, and clearly picked up on what I wanted

“Day 1 (01/27)” The surgery that day took about 1 hour and 30 minutes, and I waited in the recovery room for about 5 hours with bandages wrapped tightly around my chest while they checked my condition. There were no problems except pain, so I was discharged with the pain-control pump I was receiving dangling from my neck (it’s a 10-minute walk home, and I could walk there by myself)

*Pain level: even with the pain-control pump, my armpits + chest felt extremely stiff;; I asked if the pump was even working, and they said it was only this manageable because I was getting it...

“Day 2 (01/28)” I went to the clinic, had the bandages removed, and also had the pain-control pump taken out. I put on the compression garment provided by the clinic, and they disinfected and dressed the armpit areas. Oh, they especially washed my hair too... I was touched

*Pain level: maybe thanks to the prescribed medication, it was more bearable than the day before. I couldn’t wash my hair, but I could slowly put on clothes by myself

“Day 3 (01/29)” Just lying flat was a bit uncomfortable, and it was more comfortable to lie down with my upper body slightly raised. But because I barely moved, I felt like I was going to get pressure sores

*Pain level: better than the day before. Still, moving too much or washing by myself was hard

“Day 4 (01/30)” I did a little bit of overdue housework

*Pain level: good, much better. It still felt tight, but it didn’t hurt, so I moved around

“Day 5 (01/31)” As soon as I woke up in the morning, I took a full shower and started going to work from that day, but people who use their hands or shoulders a lot should probably just rest fully for a week... Moving a lot made me stiff, so it was uncomfortable to move

*Pain level: no problem with daily life!

“Day 6 (02/01)” Working was easier than the day before, but if I overdid it, it still got stiff and was hard

*Pain level: itchy and prickly (recovering?)

“Day 7 (02/02)” Fully stretching my arms was still hard, but I could handle most things without difficulty! When I looked in the mirror, I was so moved that I regretted why I only did it now.. Still, I felt like it was lucky enough that I met Director Gu even now hehe

*Pain level: it hurts like muscle soreness. I was flustered because pain like around Day 3 came back, but when I asked, thankfully they said it was part of the recovery process
