My nose has become much more natural, and I think it has settled well too. The biggest before-and-after difference is that the nose that used to look crooked now looks straight.
Because it was an extremely difficult nose that had undergone several revision surgeries, I still worry a lot, but when I compare the before and after, this revision rhinoplasty definitely seems to have the best result. I had the surgery at ㅇㅊㅂ Clinic.
While replacing it with 1 mm silicone, they naturally got rid of the chalk-like look, and I was told that for the nasal tip, they firmly built a support strut using autologous costal cartilage and septal cartilage.
Because I had severe nasal valve stenosis and rhinitis, my nose would get blocked quickly in daily life, and it was really uncomfortable when I ran. But breathing has become so comfortable that I often suddenly think, was I really like that before? After surgery, the nasal function was the part where I felt the biggest effect, and now, as the swelling in my nose is going down, the shape is gradually coming out, so I like that too. It does seem like the nasal tip swelling is taking a bit longer than expected, but they said it will continue to go down, so I'm feeling at ease.
