My eyes were slightly asymmetrical even before surgery, and after the procedure they still remained asymmetrical in the same way, but my eyes became so much more open that it really was the surgery of my lifeㅋㅋㅋ It really does seem like there is nothing that changes a person as much as double-eyelid surgery. If you have asymmetrical eyes, I think it would help to ask the doctor in advance to match the asymmetry more closely, so when they do the incision epicanthoplasty and remove fat, they can balance things out a bit more!
