It has been 8 months since I had nose surgery without an implant. It definitely looks prettier than before surgery, but I feel like the nasal tip is too blunt and the columella protrudes a lot. So the nasal tip looks like it's pointing downward rather than upward Even though it was my first surgery, I paid a really high price for it, and I kind of regret it.. How does it look to everyone? Please be honest.
