I had double eyelid surgery with the buried-suture method 15 years ago, and as you can see from the before-surgery photos, when I opened my eyes, they were almost close to monolids. From the side, my eyelids covered the double eyelid folds When I only looked from the front, I just kept worrying, but the moment I saw the side view and realized my eyelids were swallowing up the double eyelid line, I decided on surgery right away! I’m a mom with a little child, so I didn’t have time to shop around for clinics. I first saw the eyes of a friend who had surgery with Director Lee Han-byeol, and without hesitation I decided on EyeTing. Even now, I think it was a choice I made well, two and three times over!!
First of all, the consultant’s kindness goes without saying, and the director was really sweet and meticulous. He listened well to every one of my concerns and clearly picked up on the issues, so I set a date right away and had surgery!
On the day of surgery, I was a bit swollen, but from the next day I was able to do school drop-off and pick-up and after-school activities for my child without any problem! I did wear glasses, but I don’t think the bruising or swelling was severe!
For about a month after surgery, I was a bit concerned about redness, but now it has become so natural that I live forgetting both those worries and the fact that I had double eyelid surgery again. I’m extremely satisfied with the line thickness!!
If I end up needing eye revision surgery 20 or 30 years later, I’ll choose EyeTing again without hesitation!!
