Today, the director explained things so kindly that I wondered if something good had happened to him. The consultant seemed a little tired, so maybe because of that, she felt less kind, but there was absolutely no pressure to have surgery or make a reservation. I was especially very satisfied because the director carefully analyzed my face while consulting with me, and he also seemed skilled.
