I think a lot of people go after reading the blog posts?? As you can tell from the blog posts, the doctor has very firm personal views on rhinoplasty and seems to want to emphasize that their overall rhinoplasty method is different. They emphasize that the main focus should not be making the nasal tip with things like ear cartilage, septal cartilage, or costal cartilage, but rather working on the existing nasal cartilage. It was good that they clearly recognize that conventional rhinoplasty can cause side effects such as the support strut bending or the nasal tip drooping, and they seemed to have thought a lot about that. But I didn’t like the nose shape in the tightened-surgery cases. That doesn’t mean it was ugly; it just didn’t match my aesthetic sense. So I think it’ll differ from person to person.
