They were definitely kind during the consultation, but when I talked about dissatisfaction after surgery, their kindness dropped sharply. I had complete removal after nose surgery, but they touched the nasal bone, creating an area on one side of the nasal bone that was not shaved enough. They were supposed to take tissue from my left ear, but they opened my right ear, so when I asked, only then did they switch to the left ear.
