He is a master surgeon who can save even people whose philtrum and lips were ruined elsewhere, and as a former university hospital professor, he has incredible presence. His skill is also fantastic. He has spent his whole life researching only the philtrum and lips for people with genetic facial disorders, and these days, with philtrum, lip, and mouth-corner surgery becoming popular, I think he shines even more.
