I had a consultation with the chief director, and the consultation was very long and professional. When I asked questions, they explained things well, and how should I put it, it wasn't a consultation where the conversation got cut off with nothing to say, but one where the back-and-forth flowed well. The consultant also counseled me well without excessive pressure. However, looking at reviews on other apps, it seems they mainly do procedures or other surgeries rather than revision eye surgery, so I ended up putting them lower on my list.
