I could feel the director’s expertise, and they don’t force overly aggressive cosmetic surgery. They seem to value natural results over artificial ones, and the explanations they gave seemed trustworthy. However, I understand they are a specialist in the patented soft cheekbone surgery, and opinions differ on fixation versus no fixation after osteotomy. This place uses the minimum-incision, no-fixation method, and the director says that because it is minimal incision on the periosteum, etc., and the skin is not separated, it is safe even without fixation and there will be no nonunion. But I’m very curious whether there really were no problems and whether there are any people who have experienced it.
