To go in order, the doctor there, who is the only one, is kind. The consultation is kind as well, and they answer questions sincerely. Based on the consultation I had, they said they personally handle everything all the way through the surgery and suturing/closure process, so compared to a large hospital I think that’s an advantage. The disappointing part of the consultation is that maybe they were trying to explain things in a way patients could easily understand, but they didn’t tell me the detailed surgical method. So that’s why it gets 3 stars. The staff and consultation manager are kind... and the facilities are clean. My expectation for the surgery was that during the consultation I thought, almost spellbound, that it was a great surgical method... but after looking into several clinics, it seems to be a kind of abbreviated zygoma reduction surgery, so I wasn’t convinced. I think I need to think about it more. That’s all!
