It’s called cartilage tying in name, but after hearing the explanation.. The thread seems to go sideways like Hiko and pulls on the tissue.. I don’t think it can compare to the effect of cartilage tying done with sutures... Honestly, I’m thinking about it a lot I really don’t know where to get the tip of my nose done.
