Review of Breast Autologous Fat Grafting (Thin Body Type)

I had the surgery about 2 years ago. I was 162 cm and 48 kg, so I was worried whether I had enough fat, but fortunately I was told that I had little muscle and relatively more fat, so I was able to have the surgery. In conclusion, I am satisfied. I was not very greedy about size to begin with, and I had slightly asymmetrical A-cup breasts. Now I have gone up half a size and am barely a B cup. Also, since thigh liposuction was done at the same time, my thighs became really slim too, so it feels like killing two birds with one stone. I was originally slim, but it was not as if there was no fat at all on my inner thighs; now it feels that way. I absolutely hated obvious breast surgery, so I looked into fat grafting instead of implants. I added PRP to improve the engraftment rate, and because the goal was correcting asymmetry, different amounts of fat were injected on each side. It seems to have been roughly evened out. The scars remain like tiny dots, and after a year even those dot-like scars almost disappear to the point where you can barely notice them. If you want a larger size, I think it would be better to just choose implants. Also, I do not recommend it for people who truly have almost no breasts, no body fat, and very tight skin, because I think the effect would be very minimal. You can think of the size increase as about half a cup. I recommend it for people who think they would be satisfied even if their breasts become only slightly larger in a natural way.
