As I heard, there was no consultation process with the manager. The director was kind and explained things well, but somehow the consultation kept going on for a long time. I think it was because he seemed a bit easygoing and friendly. At other places, they ask in great detail where, when, and what kind of procedure or surgery you had, but here they barely asked, so I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing.... But he's a bit older, so that does worry me somewhat. And the surgery fee is extremely expensive.
