The director is unfriendly, maybe because he has pride. I didn’t understand something and asked again, and he snapped at me asking if he hadn’t just explained it, then scolded me for only listening to myself instead of to the director; after that I felt too self-conscious to ask anything and just sat there listening quietly. Still, the consultation time was longer than at other clinics. But since there is only one director, the wait was over an hour.
