Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

Nasal Reconstruction Review, Round 2 [I posted Round 1 under Removal/Reconstruction, and Revision Surgery…

I wrote my first review about the time I spent feeling desperate and up until I decided on revision surgery, and I came back after a while. I lost my phone, so I don't have photos. I looked a lot, but couldn't find any ㅠㅠ

10 places, famous ENT clinics in Gangnam, university hospitals, and even hospitals recommended by an ENT clinic. For about 6 months, I went around intensively, and I also looked into places after taking a few months off in between.

I decided because I couldn't put it off any longer.

Hospitals I looked into: ㅅㅅㅇㅂㅇㅎㄱ ㅅㅁㅇ ㄷㅋㅇ ㅂㄴㅂㄱ ㅂㄹㅋ ㅈㅇㅈㅇ ㄷㄴ ㄱㄱㄷ ㄷㅎㅂㅇ ㅊㅇ ㅎㄴㅂ ㅁㅅㅇ ㅅㅇ[ㅇㄱㅈ] ㄱㄹ ㅈㅇㅈ ㅎㅁ ,,, The notebook I wrote in back then ㅠㅠ I don't know where it is ㅠㅠ After that, I had to go on an overseas assignment, so I had packed up all my things in Korea.

I came back on vacation, and happened to come in to get other information, then remembered and am writing this. I had been in so much pain, researched so hard, and practically became an expert, but to forget it all... Humans really are fickle ㅠㅠ

Anyway, I had it done at a plastic surgery clinic in Apgujeong that does a lot of revision surgeries.

My rhinitis and inflammation were severe, the nasal bridge was crooked, the septum had collapsed, and there was nothing normal about the columella, so I needed to have it done at a hospital with ENT, but they said 60-70% recovery was possible, so I did it all at once at a plastic surgery clinic.

If I had had time, I would have done the ENT part first and then the cosmetic part. I can recommend the hospital I most wanted to go to first. Please message me.

Anyway, I had revision surgery at a plastic surgery clinic. Because the columella had been opened a lot, there was severe scar tissue and it was a bit ragged, but it improved a lot and a lot of new flesh grew in. And although my short nose could not be improved much, it came down about 1 cm more than when it was contracted. I became human again. And the rhinitis felt more open at first, but as time passed and the tissue healed, it sometimes feels stuffy depending on my lifestyle habits. For the inflamed area, they removed as much as possible and, for the parts close to bone, they removed and cleaned as much as possible, but when my body is in very poor condition, it comes up a little. At those times, I take antibiotics or eat a lot of health foods that help suppress inflammation.

Even after my first surgery, I really avoided and did not do anything that causes inflammation, and I ate a lot of things like noni and teas with strong anti-inflammatory effects that help calm inflammation. I set the recovery period at six months, and in the first month, I was really careful with swelling management and scar care. I think this period is the most important. Please put everything into focusing on recovery during this time ㅠㅠ Exactly one month in, I went out and smoked, and the healing wound became a bit darker and discolored, so I got worried and quit. I think it is good to detox during this period too. For about two weeks, nourish yourself and avoid greasy foods, and after two weeks, if you detox, the swelling goes down well too.

Now, I feel so good. Everyone, please don't keep suffering more ㅠㅠ Research well, find the doctor who fits you, and recover even more diligently because you went through pain, so you can live a different life. For me too, I don't know if it is dramatic, but the fact that I am not terribly ashamed of my face, do not feel like a monster, and do not despise myself makes me this happy. I am grateful that I can feel even a small amount of satisfaction.
