It wasn’t a bulbous nose.. it was a wide nose, and the nasal bridge was extremely low... I reduced the nostril wings and had the nasal tip and bridge done~~~ After doing it, people around me say it looks very natural, and I’m satisfied with the design and shape... but in one corner of my mind.. I wonder if it was too hasty a surgery.. and since they said mesh was used in the nasal tip.. I’m living with a bit of anxiety The shape is okay...
