Review of nasal tip surgery using septal cartilage

Hello! About 4 years ago, around January 2016, I had nasal tip surgery using septal cartilage to slightly lift only the nasal tip. I have a bulbous nose and my nasal bridge is not high either, so nasal tip surgery alone did not make my nose much higher, but overall I only wanted the nasal tip to become naturally slimmer, and since I had the surgery hoping it would not look too obviously done, I was fairly satisfied! However, my septum became a little deviated, so my nostrils became uneven, and because I had surgery on the nasal tip, it did become hardㅠㅠ Also, I’m not sure if it’s a side effect, but sometimes my nasal tip becomes red like Rudolph along with a burning sensation and heat! After time passes, maybe after about a day? it goes back to normal, so I’ve just been living with itㅠㅠ Actually, because of this issue, I went back to the hospital where I had the surgery and asked about it, and they said that if it were due to inflammation, it would not appear and disappear temporarily but would persist, so if it is temporary, it could just happen briefly due to stress. They prescribed medication to take in that case. Honestly, rhinoplasty is a really risky surgery and not something that should be done lightly, but at the time I had just finished the college entrance exam and got the surgery cheaply at an event price without thinking much, so I’m just accepting this level of side effectㅠㅠㅠ Everyone, please be really careful about nose surgery and look up a lot of informationㅠㅠ
