I went for a consultation because the director has been so famous since the Brown days. First of all, he clearly said what was possible was possible and what wasn’t possible wasn’t, so it was helpful for judging what standards I should use when going to consultations at other hospitals. During the director’s consultation, he was straightforward and refreshing, and I felt that even if a problem arose, he probably wouldn’t pretend not to know.
