After finishing the CSAT in my senior year of high school, I had incisional eye surgery, double eyelid surgery, and front canthoplasty done here four years ago, and I really recommend it... I was the type with a lot of fat, so they also removed some fat for me. And they drew about three different lines for me: an outer line, a middle line, and a line like an inner double eyelid! I chose the inner-double-eyelid-like line, and if it ever comes loose later, I'm planning to get it done here again..
