I debated whether to leave a review or not, but here it isㅎㅎ I went to check a promotion on a surgery app and had a consultation about under-eyes and double eyelids, and just like in other reviews, the director's explanation was extremely professional and kind. But I asked two questions, and is it not okay to ask questions? I felt a bit scolded. I asked whether those kinds of issues could be improved, and they seemed annoyed and said, "Then you shouldn't get surgery, OO-nim." I don't know which point upset the director. Later, while discussing the cost with the manager, they added things to the chart that hadn't even been explained, so the price went up. I don't think you can judge a clinic as kind just because the person doing the consultation speaks kindly.
