The director is so, so confident that I'm looking forward to it! But I'm worried it might just be overconfidence. The clinic is small and feels like a private practice, which I like because it doesn't feel like a factory. They say the director has their own surgical method, but I think it has both pros and cons, so I'm still deciding!
