I went in for a nose surgery consultation, and honestly, I think before-and-after photos contribute 100% to deciding on surgery. No matter how well they explain things, you need to see what kind of design the result will have before deciding, but they said there were no before-and-after photos not only on the website but also during the consultation at the clinic, so the consultation felt meaningless.. I heard they were good at making it look natural, but I couldn't feel confident enough, so I didn't get the surgery.
