Actually, during my first double-eyelid surgery, they said I didn't necessarily need epicanthoplasty, but out of my own greed, I asked them to do even just a little bit. Once I actually had it done, it wasn't the look I wanted, it looked excessive, and a lot of the lacrimal caruncle showed, so I went in thinking I should at least get a consultation for epicanthoplasty restoration, and the director examined me very well. They explained the surgical method and improvement direction in detail, and the impression that they seemed very confident in the surgery? was memorable. Also, they didn't recommend any other additional surgery and honestly recommended only the parts that needed to be done. For now, I only had the consultation, but they said it wasn't a difficult case, so I feel relieved.
