I made a reservation and arrived before the scheduled time, but the wait was long. I had expected it to some extent, but it was worse than I thought. For the consultation, I didn’t understand why the manager said she would try drawing the line, and the later consultation with the director felt like it had to be finished quickly, as if it were a reporter interview, so it wasn’t a good fit for me.
