First of all, the manager explained everything really well. She asked first if I had lagophthalmos. The director also looked carefully all around and explained things in a way that made it easy to understand. She explained really well why something could work and why something else couldn’t. She said I would need an incision and removal of the sagging skin, so I’m a bit torn.
