This was the first place I went to among the clinics I had picked for my field visits. It was also my first consultation for nose surgery, and since I didn't know much, I asked all sorts of questions, but they didn't answer properly and had this kind of nonchalant attitude.. I had read online that septal cartilage is stronger than ear cartilage, so I asked about that, but they said since they were the ones doing the surgery, I shouldn't worry about what material they'd use; the way they said it was pretty dismissive. I mean, I'm paying money to have my own nose operated on, so why would asking about that be weird..? Their tone was firm, so I did trust them a bit, but the overall consultation atmosphere wasn't good, so I took this clinic off my list and decided to go somewhere with both trust and a better vibe.
