I remember being a little surprised the first time I went in for a consultation because they didn't recommend surgery. It seemed like they were pursuing naturalness? An inherent charm? If I didn't like it, they recommended 4 buried-suture stitches for the double eyelid so it could be loosened. They said they would only use local anesthesia, so unfortunately I chose somewhere else. They told me that having confidence in your own face is more important than plastic surgery... and now, after having surgery elsewhere and being completely ruined, that line really hits home....
