There was no waiting for the consultation. The staff were really kind. The facilities were good too. The doctor is the type who tries to explain things in detail, but they suggested doing the surgery with a method different from the previous other hospitals, so I am thinking it over. The consultation manager is also passionate and kind. There is no pressure to book.
