First of all, the director seemed very confident and trustworthy. Of course, with cosmetic surgery, which is a surgery you risk your life for, how much trust can there really be, but the first impression was good. He only said what was necessary and kept asking if I had any more questions. And I liked that the manager didn’t pressure me to book and said I could think about it more and contact them later. She answered questions well too. It’s a shame I can’t remember her name. The fact that it’s a large hospital doesn’t make me particularly trust it, but they gave a good consultation, so it left a good impression.
