The director seems very straightforward and it felt like they clearly knew what could and couldn’t be done, which I actually liked! I’d been worried because other clinics said it was a complicated surgery, but they told me the operation time would probably be shorter than I expected, which put my mind at ease. The consultant seemed a little cold at first, but once I talked with them, they were kind.
