Dorsum silicone 4 mm, nasal tip with septal cartilage and ear cartilage. I previously had Venus Nose done, and including the thread removal fee, osteotomy, and correction of a bulbous nose, it was 3.70 million won. The consultation order was manager, director, then manager, and I think the director’s consultation was very straightforward. There was no excessive pressure, and it felt like they gave the patient options. They recommended osteotomy, and I said I didn’t want to do it, but I kept thinking about it, so on the surgery day I said I was still considering osteotomy. They said it would look prettier if I did it, so I got it together. It hasn’t been long since I had the surgery yet, but A/S and aftercare seem good too, and I’m waiting comfortably for the swelling to go down.
