If you’re worried about a bulbous nose, I recommend getting a consultation here Rather than recommending alar base reduction or a bunch of other things just because it’s a bulbous nose, they found and suggested methods that fit the condition of my nose, and they explained everything well I also liked that I could check the changed look with Photoshop It’s a clinic that prefers a natural look rather than a dramatic one, so I was slightly unsure even until before going But they made a design that suited my facial balance, so I thought that even if it’s more natural than expected, my bulbous nose could still be improved, so I’m planning to schedule a surgery date here soon
