First of all, I went knowing that this place pursues a natural look to the point that there are reviews saying people were dissatisfied because it didn’t look noticeable. The director also showed examples of other nose shapes and said that people who want that kind of nose shouldn’t have surgery with him. It seems like he values overall facial harmony, not just the nose, including things like the distance between the cheekbones.
