4 years ago, not knowing anything, I went to a plastic surgery clinic and they suggested doing my eyes and nose. I was scared of the nose, so I couldn't go through with that, but for the eyes they said I had ptosis and needed surgery, so I had it done. In the early stage after surgery, the swelling was so severe that I really thought the surgery had gone wrong, but it really took a year to settle naturally. If I had looked at other people’s post-op photos beforehand, I don't think I would have been so shocked. And I'm a man, but they suggested an outer line, and I said I absolutely wanted it done without a double eyelid fold. Looking at things now, I think that was the right choice. I really wonder how I ended up doing it so thoughtlessly back then.
