I had nose surgery. I wanted a natural-looking nose, but it ended up being a flashy one.... People around me say it's pretty and that it turned out well, but since I wanted a natural nose, I want to have revision surgery.... The first surgery used the septum. It's been over three years now and I have no side effects.
