Hello I first had surgery for a crooked nose + septum in Daejeon, and after my crooked nose became much worse, I had surgery at a university hospital after 6 months. Fortunately, the previous hospital compensated me for the cost, and this time, excluding the septum, only the crooked nose was corrected. I had surgery for crooked nose + Megaderm + nasal tip narrowing. To put it plainly, it failed. The progress immediately after surgery was very good, but even if a crooked nose is corrected while the septum remains deviated, the nose will bend again along the septum. Also, my nasal tip drooped, so I had a procedure tying it with sutures, but as time passes, it droops again. I am currently considering a final surgery, and since the previous two were both ENT surgeries, this time I am considering plastic surgery.
