The waiting time wasn't extremely long; I think I waited about an hour. The manager was kind, and the director came in a bit late because of surgery, but they apologized first and consulted kindly, so that was nice. Still, I forgot what I wanted to say, so I couldn’t ask everything I wanted, which was a bit disappointing ㅠㅠ
