The hospital is very big. It does feel a bit like a factory, but since there are many doctors, I just accepted it~ The lobby staff are fairly friendly. The consultation coordinator did not feel approachable, was stiff, and was not friendly either, so it was not great.. maybe not very professional? When I got home, I realized I hadn't gotten any information about post-op care. Of course, I couldn't ask because I was flustered, but since the consultation coordinator has a role, shouldn't they explain things like aftercare, anesthesia method, sutures, etc. on their own? It just felt like they were there to control the price.. and most importantly, the arm-crossing...
