The tall-haired woman who consults here is seriously very rude. I’ve been to 4 consultation places, and this is the first time I’ve seen somewhere like this. When I asked about the price and things like that, she just closed the notebook as if she didn’t want to take any more questions, and her tone was annoyed. When she told me to look at my face in the mirror, she just held up the mirror like this... The doctor was so kind and thorough, but the manager was so rude. At other places they tell you things like how much it costs if you do the septum, but here she just said 400, so I couldn’t understand at all, and when I tried to ask for details she snapped the notebook shut like she was telling me to get lost. Then after I came out to the counter, she suddenly acted nice, but it’s scary.
