This is the hospital where I actually got my eye correction surgery, and I'm still angry. I already had double eyelids, but I had ptosis, so I consulted and went ahead without incision. But I ended up with a scar on my eye, it remained as white tissue, and my eyes became much more uneven than before the surgery. Even when I told them later, they offered no correction or other solution, so I'm planning to have revision surgery somewhere else. There was no refund or partial service either.
