When I took photos or looked in the mirror, I really had no confidence in my side profile because of my nose, compared with the front view. After consulting with Director An, I decided to get rhinoplasty and full-face fat grafting too! For the fat grafting, I didn't know how much would survive, so I was half excited and half worried about the result, but the graft survival was really good, so the volume is just right and I like it After doing both my nose and fat grafting, my image completely changed! My friends all say it turned out well, and now I'm not 100% satisfied with my face, but I have gained a lot of confidence in my face when walking around I'm satisfied even with just this much, but because my first cosmetic surgery was so satisfying for me, I've been browsing this community all day... Every person's face is different when doing the nose, but I really recommend doing fat grafting together!! For reference, I used silicone for the nasal bridge, and ear cartilage and septal cartilage for the nasal tip.
