I had incisional ptosis correction when I was 20, and one eye developed very obvious mucosal eversion, with severe fixation even when I closed my eye, so I had revision surgery after 10 years. My eye had been operated on so poorly that some other places said correction would be difficult, but here they told me very clearly that it could improve. I saw before-and-after photos of a case exactly like mine and gained trust, so I decided to do it. The mucosal eversion I was worried about was corrected by almost about 90%. The line that forms when I close my eye is much better than before, but maybe because of my eye structure (sunken eyes), I still have somewhat more marks than others. Still, at this level, I’m very satisfied compared with my expectations.
