I had incisional double eyelid surgery + ptosis correction + epicanthoplasty. Up to 3 years, the skin wasn’t sagging and it was fine, but gradually the upper eyelid skin started sagging and covering the double eyelid, so it became an inner double eyelid? an in-out line, and it makes me look too sharp. I also want to open the epicanthoplasty a bit more, so I’m thinking about revision surgery. I guess if you have a lot of upper eyelid skin, double eyelid surgery doesn’t last permanently.
