Since I live outside Seoul, I said I wanted to see both Director Kim Jin-woo and Director Kim Se-young on the same day, but they said seeing both on the same day was not possible. So I only saw Director Kim Jin-woo. The initial waiting time was extremely long. Rather than having me ask questions, I wanted the director to look at my nose and give detailed advice? or explain the surgical direction. But instead of the director explaining things first, the consultation was carried out in a format where the patient asked what they were curious about and he answered. The consultation manager was very kind. When I talked about the direction I wanted, she said she would also schedule a consultation with Director Kim Se-young.
