Cheekbone Surgery Reviews@cheekbone-review

Facial contouring review, days 8 to 15

Day 8: I visited the hospital to have the stitches beside my ears and the medical bandage stickers(?) wrapped around my chin removed. My face was very swollen, and because of the chin stickers it was obvious to anyone that I had had surgery (a mask did not cover it all), so I went in my mom's car. Removing the stitches beside my ears was 0% painful, but the chin stickers were 100% painful (even after surgery, except for my neck, my face had not hurt, so I had thought that was strange, but it felt like I felt all that pain at onceㅠㅠㅠ). Still, after removing the stickers and getting the four types of care, my face looked smaller, so I felt goodㅎㅎ

Days 9 to 13: I walked around inside the house for 30 minutes a day. I had not been doing warm compresses, but swelling came up on day 10, so I did them and it went back down. I lost the child-sized toothbrush I had bought for brushing my teeth, so I used a small-bristled adult toothbrush I had at home. I brushed really diligently because I was worried about inflammation. For food, I mainly ate soup, porridge, ice cream, and castella. On Lunar New Year, I cut three pieces of tteokguk rice cake extremely finely with scissors and swallowed them, ate dumpling filling, and cut two pieces of ribeye very finely, shoved them into my mouth, and swallowed them.

Day 14: It was the day to take a CT, see the doctor, and look at the bone images, so I went in excited, but in the end I could not take the CT, so it was postponed by a week ㅠㅠ While taking the CT I said I felt dizzy, so they stopped it. They asked about breakfast, and when I said I had come without eating, a pretty nurse put in an IV (based on my experience getting IV fluids, it seemed like a glucose IV), gave... me water and New Care, and I was lying down resting. Maybe word had spread, because the pretty manager came over, stroked my hair, and worried about me.. I got facial swelling care, made the hospital staff and my family at home worry a lot, and came home without having done anythingㅠㅠㅠ

After I came home, slept for a bit, and woke up, my mom had spread the news, so my family had all left work on time, canceled appointments, and gathered in the evening... They said it was because I was lacking protein, so they grilled the marinated beef short ribs they had prepared, and I ate a lot of pine nut porridge and meat cut finely with scissors. My mom kept asking what I wanted to eat, and the working family members asked what they should buy on their way home from work tomorrow. It was a day of causing inconvenience in every directionㅠㅠㅠ

I think people with anemia like me need to eat even better!!ㅠㅠ I went without eating breakfast, and although I usually really like meat and eat it well, for two weeks I had only been filling my stomach with carbs ㅠㅠ so I think that is why I got dizzyㅠㅠ Still, the hospital took good care of me, so although I just went back and forth without doing anything, it was okay. Ah, now that I think about it, they did not charge me for the IV!!

Day 15: While brushing my teeth, the stitches started coming out one or two at a time. My mouth naturally opens enough for one finger to fit inside.

Tips on what you can eat Order of easiest to swallow: soup - pine nut porridge - regular porridge Snack you can eat without using your teeth: Couque D'Asse (can be crushed with the tongue and roof of the mouth) Ice cream: Nougat Bar, Melona, World Cone (scoop out only the ice cream with a teaspoon, hold the nuts inside in your mouth, then spit them out), Baskin-Robbins ice cream without bits Drinks: Seems like anything works; I also had carbonated drinks Ramen: Snack Myeon cup ramen, Jjajang Beombeok (early on I wanted ramen so badly, so for both I added a bit more water, did not cut them, let them soften, and ate them, and they were easy to eat without much effort!! The small Yukgaejang cup noodles were hard to eat..)
