I went without an appointment, so there was a bit of a wait. I tend to want a higher nasal tip, and they recommended costal cartilage too. It did feel a bit burdensome, so I was reluctant. This is the price based on not using costal cartilage. Both the consultant and the director were kind. I’m thinking it over carefully.
