I waited 2 hours and left without even getting a proper consultation. I was shocked because the head doctor was really unfriendly. They completely looked down on the patient, made weird analogies, and acted like they were frustrated. It felt like they were taking out some unresolved resentment from their school days on the patient. It was like some school bully picking on someone lol How can someone act like that??? Don’t make analogies, just say that it can’t be both glamorous and natural. What are you even trying to say.. And it seems like there’s no system either. They told me to go downstairs for a CT scan, but then said the reception hadn’t even been processed. My appointment was at 2:30, but suddenly at 2:35 they texted saying it was a 3:00 appointment, and even though I had already arrived, they texted asking where I was. I arrived early before 2:30;; But I didn’t even get an eye consultation. From the system to the consultation, everything was a mess
